  • 3 strips bacon
  • 6 dates, pitted

    Prep dates

    • Cut bacon in half lengthwise.
    • Wrap piece of bacon around each date.
    • Skewer toothpick through date to secure bacon.
    • Repeat using remaining dates and bacon.

    Cook dates

    • Place dates in Zone 2 of Brava metal tray.
    • Slide metal tray into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.
    • Note: You will flip dates after 7 minutes.

    Flip dates

    • When Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.
    • Using tongs, carefully flip dates.
    • Slide metal tray into top shelf. Press green button to continue cooking.

    Finish and serve

    • When Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.
    • Transfer bacon wrapped dates to serving platter and serve.
