About this Recipe

Have leftover rice on hand? Make this Fried Rice! This recipe uses Brava's searing power to give the rice the perfect amount of chew, emulating the texture you would get from a wok. Chef Erin highly recommends using leftover rice for this dish instead of fresh rice, as it is drier and will result in a better tasting fried rice.
