About this Recipe

This recipe is a quick and easy way to make delicious buttermilk biscuits. Unlike most biscuit recipes, this dough comes together in just a couple of minutes. This is my friend’s great-grandmother Edna Wingo’s recipe, who is from Booneville, Mississippi. She used to mix all of the ingredients together with her hands and cut the dough into biscuits using a small can (which you can try too!). I would suggest serving these biscuits warm. They are delicious served with butter and jam or honey.
