This custom cook bakes the pie at two different temperatures so that the crust is done at the same time as the filling (no need to cover the edges with foil anymore!). You can use any pie for this custom cook. I recommend using a 9" metal pie dish. Instructions: 1) Make pie according to instructions. 2) Place pie dish on Brava metal tray. 3) Slide metal tray into bottom oven shelf and press green button to begin cook. 4) When cook is completed, remove pie and cool before serving.
