1 cup quinoa
Place quinoa in fine-mesh strainer and rinse well. Drain.
Place quinoa in Chef's Pan and add 1 3/4 cup water and pinch of salt. Stir gently, making sure quinoa is evenly distributed.
Slide Chef's Pan, covered, into top oven shelf. Press green button to begin cooking. When done, fluff quinoa with fork and serve.
