- 4 oz vanilla ice cream, per sandwich

Bake Cookies
- Select “Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches” on your touchscreen and follow instructions.
- Arrange chilled cookie dough on Brava metal tray, using 1 heaping tablespoon of cookie dough (~1/2 oz) per cookie, spaced 2-3 inches apart. The metal tray can bake up to 9 cookies.
- Slide metal tray into top shelf.
- Press the green button to begin baking.
- Note: This cook does not require preheating.

Assemble Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich
- Transfer cookies to a plate or cooling rack.
- Place 1 scoop ice cream onto one cookie and place other cookie on top to create sandwich and enjoy.
