It doesn’t get easier or tastier than this five ingredient recipe. Cilantro Lime Shrimp comes together in a pinch and works in everything from tacos to grain bowls. Once cooked, toss shrimp with more fresh lime juice and fresh cilantro to bring it all together.

Ingredients

  • 1.0 pounds uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.25 cups cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • zest of ½ lime
  • juice of ½ lime
  • more cilantro and lime for serving
  • kosher salt

    Prep and cook the shrimp

    • Optional: cut shrimp into bite sized pieces. In mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, cilantro, few pinches kosher salt, and lime zest and lime juice.
