About this Recipe

We’re partnering with Lettuce Grow for Earth Day to help you eat green. What better way to get your greens in than on pizza? In this recipe, Chef Andrew incorporates swiss chard, garlic chives, and Genovese basil from Lettuce Grow’s vertical garden, the Farmstand, which allows you to grow your own produce in three to seven weeks. We love a dish that’s both sustainable and delicious, and this pizza checks all the boxes. Pick the produce, prep the pizza, press the green button, and enjoy at your next spring dinner party. As a note - all of the ingredients used here can be found at your local grocery store or farmer’s market. If you can’t get your hands on garlic chives, fresh chives are a great substitute.
