- In large mixing bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Season generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer evenly across all zones on the Brava Metal Tray.
- Select “Spiced Potato Wedges” on your touchscreen and follow the instructions to put Metal Tray on top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.
Serve & enjoy
- When potatoes are done cooking, transfer to serving dish and enjoy as is, or alongside cooked proteins. Top with flaky salt if desired.
