Spiced Potato Wedges

About this Recipe
This easy recipe comes together with a few basic ingredients that deliver major flavor. Russet potatoes are tossed with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and oregano before roasting on the Brava metal tray. Once cooked, serve with flaky salt and your favorite dip. As a note - the larger you cut the potatoes, the closer they’ll be to the lamps, which yields a slight char. If that’s not your thing be sure to slice the potatoes into smaller wedges.
Ingredients
- 1.75 pounds russet potatoes, sliced into 1” wedges/steak fries
- 1.0 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoons smoked or regular paprika
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoons dried oregano
- flaky salt for serving (optional)
- kosher salt and black pepper

Prep potatoes
- In large mixing bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Season generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Cook potatoes
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer evenly across all zones on the Brava Metal Tray.
- Select “Spiced Potato Wedges” on your touchscreen and follow the instructions to put Metal Tray on top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.

Serve & enjoy
- When potatoes are done cooking, transfer to serving dish and enjoy as is, or alongside cooked proteins. Top with flaky salt if desired.
