About this Recipe
A Dutch Baby is a classic breakfast recipe that’s a bit of a hybrid between a pancake and a popover. It comes together with a simple batter and puffs up around the edges while cooking. Here, Chef Andrew whips up a quick batter that comes together in the Brava Egg Tray at the press of a button. Once cooked, enjoy individual Dutch babies with butter, maple syrup, and any of your favorite toppings. Note that this recipe yields enough batter for 8 Dutch babies, cooking 4 at a time.
