Prepare Ingredient
- In fine-mesh strainer rinse wild rice under running water. Drain wild rice well.
- Spread wild rice evenly in Brava Chef’s Pan.
- Measure out 2½ cups of water and pour over wild rice. Sprinkle with a couple pinches of kosher salt. Stir gently, making sure all wild rice grains are submerged.
- Cover Chef’s Pan.
- Slide Chef’s Pan, covered, into top shelf.
- Press green button to begin cooking.
