Prep Brussels Sprouts
- In medium bowl, toss together brussels sprouts, 2 tablespoons cooking oil and a pinch of salt.
- Evenly spread brussels sprouts, cut side down, in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of metal tray.
- Slide metal tray into top shelf.
- Select “Air-Fried Brussels Sprouts” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.
Finish and Serve
- When your food is done cooking, in serving bowl, season brussels sprouts with salt, toss with desired toppings, if using, and serve.
