    Prepare Ingredient

    • This procedure works with most root vegetables (carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips, turnips, rutabagas, beets, etc.).
    • Cut root vegetables into ½” dice (peeling optional).
    • Use about 1.5 cups per full zone.
    • Toss with oil.
    • Season with salt.
