Brava glass tray
- This procedure works with most root vegetables (carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips, turnips, rutabagas, beets, etc.).
- Cut root vegetables into ½” dice (peeling optional).
- Use about 1.5 cups per full zone.
- Toss with oil.
- Season with salt.
- Spread evenly across zone(s) on indicated tray(s).
- Make sure zone(s) are completely full.
