Huevos Rancheros

by Brava Chef Travis

About this Recipe

Huevos Rancheros in 6 minutes is one of the boldest, tastiest breakfasts we can think of. Chef Travis, a native Texan, loves Mexican breakfasts and Huevos Rancheros is near the top of his list of favorites. Huevos Rancheros is traditionally made with a slow-cooked salsa with toasted chilies, but this version uses store-bought salsa to make it quick and easy. Feel free to use whatever sauce or salsa you prefer—there’s no wrong way to make this breakfast. Who knows, you might even make something better than the original!
