Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced scallions (¼” slices)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh scallions, cilantro, lime, or sesame seeds (optional)

    Cook shrimp

    • Place shrimp in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
    • Slide metal tray into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.
    • While food cooks, prepare sauce.

    Make sauce

    • In small saucepan, add sesame oil, garlic and scallions. Cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
    • Add soy sauce, sugar, honey, lime juice, rice wine vinegar and chili flakes (if using).
    • Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
    • Transfer sauce to serving bowl.

    Toss shrimp with sauce & serve

    • When your food is done, transfer shrimp to bowl with sauce.
    • Using tongs, toss shrimp in sauce until evenly coated.
    • Top with garnishes, if using, and serve.
