Onions and Garlic

Brava metal tray
- Cut onions into ½” slices or pieces, and mince garlic.
- Use about 1.5 cups of diced onion, and about 1 tablespoon of minced garlic per full zone.
- Toss with oil.
- Season with kosher salt.
- Spread evenly across zone(s) on metal tray.
- Make sure zone(s) are completely full; slight overlapping is OK.
