About this Recipe
Baked pasta is one of Italy’s crowning comfort foods. This gooey, cheesy recipe is so simple that you don’t even have to boil the pasta; which makes it a weeknight-friendly dish that’ll feed the whole family. While vegetarian as is, feel free to add cooked, crumbled Italian Sausage, or crispy pancetta or bacon to round it out.
