About this Recipe

This recipe adds a cheesy twist to scrambled eggs. Feel free to use any type of shredded cheese for this recipe. Brava Chef Erin recommends using milk, but you can substitute water for less creamy eggs, or half and half for cheesy, creamy scrambled eggs.

  • 1 tablespoon milk

    Whisk eggs

    • Lightly butter or spray Brava square pan.
    • In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, shredded cheese, milk and a pinch of kosher salt.
    • Pour egg mixture into square pan.

    Cook eggs

    • Slide square pan into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.
    • Note: You will stir eggs after 2 minutes 25 seconds.

    Stir eggs

    • When Brava notifies you, carefully remove square pan.
    • Using spatula, stir eggs. Spread eggs evenly across bottom of square pan.
    • Slide square pan into top shelf. Press green button to continue cooking.

    Finish and serve

    • When Brava notifies you, carefully remove square pan.
    • Using spatula, stir eggs.
    • Transfer eggs to plate and serve.
