Crispy Air-Fried Chicken Tacos

These tacos make a delicious, easy meal! They are filled with chicken and cheese and get super crispy using Brava’s air-fry mode. Brava Chef George Duran suggests serving these tacos alongside your favorite salsa.
Ingredients
- 1.0 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2.0 teaspoons Taco Tex Mex seasoning, divided
- 3.0 count corn tortillas
- 0.5 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Salsa, for serving
- Vegetable oil

Prep tacos
- In medium bowl, stir together chicken and 1 teaspoon of Taco Tex Mex seasoning. Set aside.
- In small bowl, mix remaining 1 teaspoon of Taco Tex Mex seasoning with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
- Brush oil mixture on one side of each tortilla. Place tortillas, oiled side down, on Brava metal tray.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of tortillas.
- Slide metal tray into top shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.
- Note: You will add chicken after 3 minutes.

Add chicken
- When Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.
- Place chicken on half of each taco.
- Carefully fold each taco shut. (Beware tortillas are hot).
- Slide metal tray into top shelf. Press green button to continue cooking.
- Note: You will flip tacos after 5 minutes.

Flip tacos
- When Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.
- Using spatula, carefully flip each taco.
- Slide metal tray into top shelf. Press green button to continue cooking.

Finish & serve
- When Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.
- Allow tacos to cool 5 minutes before serving.
- Plate tacos and serve with your favorite salsa.
