Brava Prosciutto Egg Cups are here to make your brunch game easier and tastier than ever before. To make, place slices of prosciutto in the Egg Tray, crack eggs into prosciutto, season, and press the green button. Simple as that! Once cooked, the crispy prosciutto cradles perfectly runny eggs for a dish that’s impressive for a holiday brunch, and also easy enough for a quick weekday breakfast. Serve with chopped fresh herbs, or your favorite hot sauce.

  • 1 slice prosciutto, more as needed
  • Optional Toppings: fresh herbs, such as chives or parsley, or hot sauce

    Fill Egg Tray

    • Place 1 slice of prosciutto in indicated well on Brava Egg Tray, being sure to fully cover the bottom and sides of the egg well, using more prosciutto if needed.
    • Crack an egg on top of prosciutto slice. Season with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

    Slide Egg Tray onto top shelf

    • Select “Prosciutto Egg Cups” on Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.
    • Press the green button to begin cooking.

    Finish & serve

    • When your food is done, using a spoon, gently scoop out egg cup.
    • Top with hot sauce, and/or fresh herbs, such as chives or parsley.
