- 1 cup dry quinoa

Brava Chef's Pan
- In fine-mesh strainer rinse quinoa under running water. Drain quinoa well.
- Spread quinoa evenly in Brava Chef’s Pan.
- Measure out 1¾ cups water and pour over quinoa. Sprinkle with a couple pinches of kosher salt. Stir gently, making sure all quinoa grains are submerged.
- Slide Chef’s Pan, covered, into top shelf.
- Press green button to begin cooking.
