    Prepare Ingredient

    • In fine-mesh strainer rinse quinoa under running water. Drain quinoa well.
    • Spread quinoa evenly in Brava Chef’s Pan.
    • Measure out 1¾ cups water and pour over quinoa. Sprinkle with a couple pinches of kosher salt. Stir gently, making sure all quinoa grains are submerged.
    • Slide Chef’s Pan, covered, into top shelf.
    • Press green button to begin cooking.
