- Pat turkey leg dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt.
- Place in indicated zones on metal tray.
- Fill zone(s) according to quantity.
- Make sure largest part of leg is on left side of Zone 2.
- After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through largest part of leg, parallel to bone.
