   Prepare Ingredient

   • Remove carne asada from packaging, shake off excess marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
   • Spread in single layer across Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
   • Slide metal tray into top shelf.
   • Select desired doneness and press green button to begin cooking.
   • When done, slice within 1 minute to maintain preferred doneness.
