Brava metal tray
- Pat skin dry of excess marinade, dry rub or spices.
- Do not use more than 3 lbs pork belly (to avoid grease overflow).
- Place pork belly, skin side down, on Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
- Be careful of hot grease when removing tray.
- Pro Tip: To crisp up ½” slices of cooked pork belly, place metal tray on top shelf and reheat for 5 minutes for one zone full, 7 minutes for 2 zones full and 9 minutes for 3 zones full.
