Cook mushrooms

  • In Brava Chef’s Pan, stir together mushrooms, butter, 2 tablespoons cooking oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Slide Chef’s Pan, uncovered, into top shelf.
  • Select “Sear” on your oven touchscreen. Select All Zones top, set timer for 8 minutes and press green button to cook for 8 minutes.

Assemble casserole

  • Carefully remove Chef’s Pan.
  • Add green beans, heavy cream, chicken stock, flour and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Slide Chef’s Pan, uncovered into top shelf.
  • Select “Sear” on your oven touchscreen. Select All Zones top and bottom, set timer for 12 minutes and press green button to begin cooking.
  • While casserole is baking in a mixing bowl combine crispy onions and 2 tablespoons cooking oil.

Finish and Serve

  • Carefully remove Chef’s Pan. Top casserole with onion mixture.
  • Carefully slide Chef’s Pan uncovered into top shelf.
  • Select “Sear” on your touchscreen. Select All Zones top, set timer for 2 minutes and press green button to cook for 2 minutes.

Serve

  • When your food is done, let casserole rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
