Ingredients
- 2 lbs firm stone fruit (peaches, plums, mangoes, etc.)
- ½ small red onion, sliced
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 6 cardamom pods, lightly cracked
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
- ¼ cup golden raisins

Prep fruit
- Cut stone fruit in half, remove pits and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- In medium bowl combine stone fruit, vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, onion, cardamom, chili flakes, 2 tablespoons oil and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.

Cook chutney
- Evenly spread chutney in a single layer in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
- Slide metal tray into top shelf.
- Select “Summer Fruit Chutney” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.

Finish & serve
- When your food is done, transfer chutney to same bowl, fold in raisins and serve with your favorite meats and vegetables.
