Sear vegetables

  • In Brava Chef’s Pan, mix together onions, garlic, 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • Slide Chef’s Pan, uncovered, into top oven shelf.
  • Select “Sear” on your oven touchscreen. Select All Zones bottom, set timer for 5 minutes and press green button to cook for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes

  • Carefully remove Chef’s Pan from oven.
  • Add tomatoes, thyme, oregano and bay leaf and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Slide Chef’s Pan, uncovered, into top oven shelf.
  • Select “Sear” on your oven touchscreen. Select All Zones top, set timer for 5 minutes and press green button to cook for 5 minutes.

Add vegetables

  • Carefully remove Chef’s Pan from oven.
  • Add eggplant, red bell pepper and zucchini. Stir gently.
  • Slide Chef’s Pan, uncovered, into top oven shelf.
  • Select “Sear” on your oven touchscreen. Select All Zones top, set timer for 8 minutes and press green button to cook for 8 minutes.
  • Carefully remove Chef’s Pan from oven.
  • Select “Bake” on your oven touchscreen. Set temperature to 425°F and timer for 25 minutes. Press green button to begin preheating.
  • When oven is preheated, slide Chef’s Pan, uncovered into top oven shelf. Press green button again to begin baking.

Serve

  • When food is done, carefully remove Chef’s Pan from oven and serve.
