Summer Fruit Cobbler
Ingredients
- Cobbler Topping:
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.3333333333333333 cups granulated sugar
- 2.0 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 8.0 tablespoons (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 3.0 tablespoons milk
- Fruit Filling:
- 4.0 cups chopped stone fruit (½-inch pieces) (peaches, apricots, plums, etc.)
- 4.0 cups berries of choice (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or raspberries)
- 0.75 cups granulated sugar
- 0.25 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1.0 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1.0 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoons ground ginger
- Vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)

Prep cobbler topping
- In medium bowl, combine together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt; stir well.
- Add butter and, using your hands, mix until coarse crumbs form.
- Add milk and mix until crumbles form.

Prep fruit filling & assemble cobbler
- In large bowl, stir together stone fruits, berries, granulated sugar, flour, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice and ginger.
- Evenly spread fruit mixture in Brava square pan.
- Evenly sprinkle crisp topping on fruit mixture.

Bake apple crisp
- Press green button to begin preheating.
- When Brava is preheated, slide square pan into top shelf. Press green button again to begin baking.

Cool crisp & serve
- When your food is done, transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Scoop cobbler into individual bowls. Serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
