Brava metal tray
- Pat lamb dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt.
- Place, fat side up, in between Zone 1 and 2 on Brava metal tray.
- Make sure thick side of lamb is on left side of tray.
- After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through center of lamb.
- When done, slice within 1 minute to maintain preferred doneness.
