Prepare Ingredient

  • Pat lamb dry with paper towels.
  • Season both sides with salt.
  • Place, fat side up, in between Zone 1 and 2 on Brava metal tray.
  • Make sure thick side of lamb is on left side of tray.
  • After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through center of lamb.
  • When done, slice within 1 minute to maintain preferred doneness.
