Brava metal tray
- Trim stalks and fronds about 1 inch above fennel bulb.
- Cut thin slice off root end.
- Cut bulb in half lengthwise; remove core.
- Place bulb halves, cut side down, on cutting board.
- Cut lengthwise into slices 1/2" thick.
- Toss with oil.
- Season with salt.
- Spread evenly across zone(s) on metal tray.
- Make sure zone(s) are completely full.
