Brava metal tray
- Halve bell peppers lengthwise; remove core, stem and seeds.
- Cut into 1/2" slices.
- Use about 1.5 cups per full zone.
- Toss with oil.
- Season with salt.
- Spread evenly across zone(s) on metal tray.
- Make sure zone(s) are completely full.
