Prepare Ingredient

  • Cover Brava glass tray with aluminum foil.
  • Dry rub skinless salmon filets as desired.
  • Shake off excess dry rub from filets.
  • Arrange lengthwise, equally spaced apart, in indicated zone(s) on glass tray with thickest portion on left side of Zone 2.
  • After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through center of salmon.
