Brava glass tray
- Cover Brava glass tray with aluminum foil.
- Dry rub skinless salmon filets as desired.
- Shake off excess dry rub from filets.
- Arrange lengthwise, equally spaced apart, in indicated zone(s) on glass tray with thickest portion on left side of Zone 2.
- After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through center of salmon.
