Brava metal tray
Brava TempSensor (optional)
- Pat pork chop(s) dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt.
- Place first two chops in Zone 2 of Brava metal tray, place additional chops in Zone 1.
- After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through center of pork chop.
- When done, slice within 1 minute to maintain preferred doneness.
- If using the Time-Based Cook option, you will not need to use the TempSensor.
