Ingredients
- 2.0 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cups granulated sugar
- 0.25 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1.0 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.6666666666666666 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1.0 cups buttermilk
- 2.0 count eggs, beaten lightly
- 6.0 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 1.0 teaspoons vanilla extract

Prep the batter
- In large bowl, add flour, sugars, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips; stir well.
- In another bowl add buttermilk, eggs, butter and vanilla; whisk well.
- Fold buttermilk mixture into flour mixture until just combined. Do not over-mix.
- Lightly grease Brava Loaf Pan with cooking spray, and add a light dusting of flour on top.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Tap pan firmly on counter to evenly distribute batter.

Bake chocolate chip quick bread
- Select “Chocolate Chip Quick Bread” on the Brava touchscreen and press green button to begin preheating, being sure to keep Brava completely empty during this step.
- When Brava is done preheating, slide loaf pan into top shelf.
- Press green button to begin baking.

Finish & serve
- When your food is done, cool bread in loaf pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and enjoy as is or with butter.
