Prepare Ingredient
- Pat chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels.
- Trim off excess skin.
- Season both sides with salt.
- Place, skin side down, in indicated zone(s) on metal tray.
- Fill zone(s) according to quantity.
- Make sure biggest leg is on left side of Zone 2.
- After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through biggest leg, parallel to thigh bone.
