Brava metal tray
Brava TempSensor (optional)
- Use 3-4 drumsticks per full zone.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
- Season with salt.
- Place lengthwise in selected zone(s) of Brava metal tray.
- Make sure biggest drumstick is on left side of Zone 2.
- After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through biggest drumstick.
- If using the Time-Based Cook option, you will not need to use the TempSensor.
