  • Place on metal tray with thickest portion on left side of Zone 2.
  • Arrange breast(s) lengthwise, equally spaced apart, in indicated zone(s).
  • After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through center of chicken.
  • Slide metal tray into top shelf.

  • Arrange breast(s) lengthwise, equally spaced apart, on metal tray in indicated zone(s).
  • Slide metal tray into top shelf.

If using Thin chicken breasts

  • Arrange breast(s) lengthwise, equally spaced apart, on metal tray in indicated zone(s).
  • Slide metal tray into bottom shelf.
  • Note: Depending on your quantity, you will flip chicken breasts after 3-6 minutes.
