- Season both sides with salt.
- Place, skin side down, on metal tray with thickest portion on left side of Zone 2.
- Arrange breast(s) lengthwise, equally spaced apart, in indicated zone(s).
- After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through center of chicken.
