Brava metal tray
- Pat tri-tip dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt.
- Place in Zone 2 of Brava metal tray; it's okay if it crosses into Zones 1 & 3.
- Make sure thick side of tri-tip is on left side of tray.
- After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through center of tri-tip.
- When done, slice within 1 minute to maintain preferred doneness.
