About this Recipe

We can’t get enough peaches when they come into season, and this Peach Crisp is a summertime favorite. Juicy ripe peaches bake under a crumbly, buttery topping with rolled oats in this simple recipe. Swap in any seasonal stone fruit (nectarines, plums, apricots and/or cherries) in place of peaches if desired, and enjoy with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Crisp Topping:
  • 0.5 cups Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar
  • Kosher Salt
  • Melted Butter
  • Peach Filling:
  • 7.0 cups Peaches
  • 0.75 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2.0 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • Kosher Salt
  • Ice Cream

Instructions

    Prep crisp topping

    • In medium bowl, stir together oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
    • Add melted butter and stir until coarse crumbs form.

    Prep peach filling & assemble crisp

    • In large bowl, stir together peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
    • Evenly spread peach mixture in Brava square pan.
    • Sprinkle evenly with crisp topping.

    Bake peach crisp

    • Press green button to begin preheating.
    • When Brava is preheated, slide square pan into top shelf. Press green button again to begin baking.

    Cool crisp & serve

    • When your food is done, transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
    • Scoop crisp into individual bowls. If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream.
