Prepare Ingredient
- Pat steak dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt.
- Place one flank steak in Zone 2 of Brava metal tray.
- After plugging in TempSensor, insert it horizontally through center of steak.
- Browning will be on underside.
- When done, slice within 1 minute to maintain preferred doneness.
- If using the Time-Based Cook option, you will not need to use the TempSensor.
