About this Recipe

Good for searing two porkchops of similar surface area in zone 1. Metal tray, bottom shelf. Flip after 5 minutes, when instructed. Start with fridge temp pork chops, 35-45F. Generally, thicker porkchops should rest for 2-3 minutes after this cook before being ready.The thinner porkchops should be cut into quickly after cooking too stop over-cooking. Can use bone less or bone in pork chops.
