Ingredients: Flour Spices Eggs Breadcrumbs Babybel Cheese Oil spray Instructions: Mix flour with the spices of your choice and set in a shallow dish. Beat eggs in another shallow dish. Add breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish. Peel Babybel cheese and cover in flour mixture, then in eggs and finally in breadcrumbs. Place in freezer for at least 20-30 minutes. Spray oil onto Brava sheet pan and place Babybel onto tray. Spray oil on top of cheeses. Place on top rack of Brava and press the green button. If the cheese is not browned enough, sear it on top only for a minute at a time until golden brown.
