Ingredients: -2Tbsp Soy Sauce -1Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce -1tsp Garlic Powder -1/2tsp Ginger Powder -1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper -Salt and Pepper, to taste -1 Stalk Green Onions, sliced -Toasted Sesame Seeds, to taste 1. Pat dry the tuna steak with a paper towel, salt and pepper both sides 2. Whisk together other marinade ingredients 3. Pour marinade over steak in sealable container 4. Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight 5. Top with green onions and sesame seeds *THIS IS VERY RARE IF YOU PREFER A HIGHER INTERNAL TEMP, INCREASE SEAR TIMES BY 20 SECOND INCREMENTS* *REMOVE STEAK FROM BRAVA FOR REST STEP
