About this Recipe

Jam Ingredients: ~12oz. -3 Peaches, 1/2" slices -1tsp Sugar -Lemon Juice, to taste -Maple Syrup, to taste -1Tbsp Bourbon (optional) 1. Combine peach slices with sugar, lemon juice, and maple syrup in mixing bowl 2. Transfer peaches to Metal Tray 3. Place cooked peaches back in mixing bowl and mash to a jam consistency 4. Transfer mashed peaches to a jar or other sealable container, leaving a bit of space at the top for the bourbon 5. Add the bourbon to the jar, seal it and gently shake to incorporate the bourbon This jam goes great with cornbread muffins or french toast!
