Ingredients -1.5" thick fresh Yellowfin Tuna Steak -Olive oil -Kosher salt Coat with olive oil and season both sides with kosher salt. Recipe aims for a light sear on both sides, keeping the center of the steaks raw. NOTE: This cook is for tuna steaks are truly still raw in the middle. If you want to fully cook the steaks you'd have to add more cook steps to this Custom Cook.
