About this Recipe

1 Hamachi Side, 1.75-2 lbs 1 tbsp cooking oil Instructions: 1) coat both sides of fish with oil 2) place fish on metal tray, skin side down 3) slide metal tray onto bottom shelf 4) Press the green button to start cooking. Start cook with fish at 35-45 F internal temp (minimal tempering). should come out to around 120 F. Recommend to bake at 350F for additional doneness.
