Ingredients- 3 Slices Rustic Bread Cubed 2 Eggs 1/8 c Raisins 4oz Cream Cheese Cubed 2T Sugar 1t Cinnamon 1t Vanilla 1/2t Baking Powder 2T Buttermilk Mix all of the above together and spoon into greased egg pan. Place in Brava on top rack. Cook. For topping: Mix 4oz Cream Cheese, Powder Sugar and Buttermilk until desired consistancy. Top with topping. Garnish with lemon zest, lemon slice and basil to serve.
