About this Recipe

Ingredients: 1 roll of pizza dough or crescent dough 2 Tblsp. melted butter 1 Tblsp. dried oregano 1 Cup grated cheese, like mozzarella or provolone 3 Tblsp. red pepper relish, optional 6-10 slices of deli meats, like salami and prosciutto Directions: Lay out pizza dough on a cutting board and brush melted butter evenly. Add oregano, cheese, relish and deli meats evenly throughout. Roll dough away from you tightly into a tube. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Place in a buttered loaf pan and bake in Brava. You can serve it as is or flip the loaf pan. Note: Not all pizza doughs are the same, so add more cooking time as needed until dough is fully cooked and golden brown.
